Product, price and taxes

All prices for products, shipping and other services include 21% VAT. Shipping costs if applicable, are added per order. We will always inform you of the total price, including all taxes and other possible costs.
The prices that appear on the website are those applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. We strive to avoid misleading information, but keep in mind that price errors, spelling errors, and so on can occur from time to time. During the order confirmation process, we check the prices. If the correct price is less than the indicated price, you will be charged the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the price listed on our website, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will reject your offer and notify you by email.
The customer has the right to return their order, without any penalty or need for justification, within 15 days from the day following the delivery of the product.

Shipping costs are included in the prices indicated on the website, throughout the peninsula. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made by certified postal mail, and will also be included.
Shipments to France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg will have an additional cost to the prices indicated on the website, but in any case will be communicated before closing the order. When the purchase amount exceeds 90 euros, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
The maximum delivery time for the order is 30 days.

Warranty, exchanges and returns

All our pieces are made by hand, so if you notice any manufacturing defects, or in case of disagreement with your request, the customer has the option to return the product or request that it be replaced by another of the same. Misuse of the part or wear and tear due to continued use is out of warranty.
To proceed with the return, the following conditions must be met:
